We will compare your house to others on the market to establish your home's value in today's market. We'll discuss how you could maximize your home's value by doing repairs or improvements and whether it's worthwhile.
Prepare Your Home for Market
This is where Jackie's property management experience comes in handy. She can help you select contractors and save money if your budget is limited. If you don't live in the area, don't worry. She can even meet with contractors and provide access.
Market Your Property
Show your home in its best light and attract the ideal buyer for your home. She will help you determine who your ideal buyer might be and craft a marketing plan to attract that buyer. She will arrange for Professional Photos, a Floor Plan, and, if appropriate, aerial photography.
Showtime!
Jackie will conduct open houses and private showings and she will make sure buyers represented by agents get easy access as well.
Offer Review & Negotiation
Communicating with you and supporting you through offer review and negotiation and all the way through closing. Jackie will review all offers with you and discuss the nuances. Once you select a buyer and go into contract, she'll help you navigate the buyer's due diligence and navigate your way to closing. If repairs are needed, she will support you through the process.
Closing & Beyond
After we close and you have moved to your new home, Jackie will remain as your trusted resource. Whether you have a friend or family member who wants to buy or sell a home, or you need a contractor, just reach out and Jackie will help or connect you with a resource who can.

I will help you meet all of the milestones in your contract along the path to closing. You will work with your lender to get you approved for your loan. I am there whenever you need support or advice.
